My name is Heather and I am so thankful for the journey life took me on that made me who I am today. I have been a professional photographer for fifteen years and a lover of photos from the time I was a little girl. I am a daughter, wife, mother and friend to some pretty amazing people.

When I meet people, the focus of my heart is their story. The focus of my lens is to tell that story. I want to know what makes your heart beat fast, how you met the love of your life. How did you know they were the one? Tell me how you felt the moment you found out you were expecting. Share with me your joys or your sorrows. These moments are a part of who you are. By getting to know you, I can better reflect your uniqueness in your portraits. I want to share your story in a way no one has before. 

I believe that each client who works with me, is destined to. The reason I believe that so deeply is because God shows me beauty in everyone. It isn't a beauty I can see with just my eyes, it happens when I put my eye up to the viewfinder of my camera. I see beauty beyond what my human eyes can see. Often, in my viewfinder, I see people with a radiant light about them. If it's a cloudy cold day, there's still a light, even if I see it in your eyes or your smile. If you are my client, I know God wants me to see the light in you. My mission is to reflect that in the images captured in our time together. 

So here I am, catapulted by a twist of fate... or an act of God, to do what He destined me to do, to take pictures of you.
